What I asked and what I got very bad place very expensive
Over the years quality has gone down. The work is sloppy. I’ve given it the benefit of the doubt 3 times now and with every time I get more disappointed. Instead of caring for people who return, they cut corners. My nails today looked liked my children did them. Judge pictures for yourself! Yes, I asked for gold chrome, but she tried convincing me it looked like the picture I gave her! Shame!!
I've been coming here for several years now and it's the best nail salon I've been to. It's a very quiet and calm environment and they ladies there are very nice and dedicated to their work. Everything is clean and the ladies take the time to get the details right. I also always relax best during their pedicures. Prices are slightly more expensive than regular nails salons, but the price shows in the quality of the product.
I can't understand any of the negative reviews. Canaan Spa is the absolute BEST spa that I have ever used for receiving a double-gel manicure and pedicure! I accidentally stumbled upon Canaan Spa more than 3 years. Since then, I have been completely won over by their skill, professionalism, cleanliness and extreme sensitivity throughs a customer's needs! I have also enjoyed occasional full body massages there on those rare occasions that I have found time to pamper myself. All of the girls who work there are incredibly professional and very sweet. Whether you get Rina, Jenny, Candi, Anna, Bebe, Vicki, Wendy or anyone that I might have missed mentioning , you will not be disappointed. I've seen some reviews that mentioned high prices...I can't say that I agree with that either. I believe that the prices ARE reasonable, at least to me, whose beautifully and painstakingly done double-gel manicure and pedicure last me 4-5 weeks!! They offer other services as well though I've only enjoyed manicures, pedicures, back, feet and full-body massages, so far. Friendly AND efficient, I love, love, love this place and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!
